Minneapolis

No matter how long I stay away, my home city always welcomes me back with all that I remember and more.

To wander the streets of Minneapolis, to take in the smells, the colors, the people. The smiles. It doesn't get much better.

Yes, I may be bias, because Minneapolis did make me what I am today, but I cannot think of another city that that has so much depth, where the vibe is so calming, where one can find themself in a comfortable sort of unison with others, even though their differences might be measured by infinity.

Thank you Minneapolis for yet another wonderful visit.

Summer Skin

It rained last night. As I lay in bed with my eyes focused on the window, I prayed that the precipitation stay in the form of liquid water, and not turn to snow. When I woke this morning, I opened my eyes to the blinding sun. I feel like a bear emerging from her cave.

Bring it on Summer. Hooah
