Years ago, a person in my life whom I most greatly respect startled me with his reply to my questioning of his future. Still, to this day, I often think of that short conversation.
That day, he managed to rock my idealistic world with his unwavering faith.
Me: How do you know that you will love her?
Him: How can I know, if I have not yet been given the opportunity to fall in love with her?
